Visiting this website
Our websites are hosted by cyon AG, Brunngässlein 12, 4052 Basel, Switzerland. When you open a page, the server automatically records technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page you requested, the page you came from, and the type of browser and operating system you use.
We need this data to deliver the website and to keep it secure. The log files are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time and then deleted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies for visitors and does not use analytics, advertising or social media plugins. Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server, so visiting the website does not send data to third parties such as Google.
Contact form
When you send us a request through the contact form, we process the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the topic you are interested in, the country you mention and your message. The form also saves the time of submission and the type of browser and operating system. Your IP address is not stored with your request.
We use these details only to answer your request and, if you become a client, to prepare and provide our services. Your request is saved on our website on the servers of cyon AG in Switzerland and sent to our mailbox, which is also hosted by cyon AG.
The legal basis is the preparation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Sending a request is voluntary. Without your name, email address and message we cannot answer you.
Who can see your data, and where
Our team works from the USA, Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Hong Kong and Kosovo. To answer your request, team members in these countries may access your data. Some of these countries do not offer the same level of data protection as Switzerland or the European Union. We only make your data available there as far as it is needed to answer your request or to carry out a contract with you (Art. 17(1)(b) Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not sell your data. We only pass it on to others, such as a bank or an authority, if this is needed for our services and agreed with you, or if the law requires it.
How long we keep your data
We keep your request as long as we need it to answer you and, if you become a client, for as long as our work together requires. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict its use, object to its use and receive your data in a common format. If we use your data based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Just write to mail@advisorii.com.
You also have the right to file a complaint with a data protection authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the European Union the authority in the country where you live.
Security
All pages are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Links to other websites
Our websites link to each other and to stackd.ch, the agency that built them. Once you follow a link to another website, the privacy policy of that website applies.
Changes
We update this privacy policy when our websites or services change. The current version is always on this page.
